Jagdale, Scindia resign from MPCA

Bhopal, Jan 5: President of Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association – MPCA Sanjay Jagdale and Chairman Jyotiraditya Scindia demitted their posts in the light of Lodha committee recommendations.
The top four office bearers of MPCA including Chairman Jyotiraditya Scindia and President Sanjay Jagdale quit yesterday in compliance to the Supreem Court’s order on implementation of the Lodha committee recommendations.
The committee had recommended that any office-bearer in BCCI or its state associations, who has cumulatively completed nine years in a post, stands down and goes through a cooling-off period of three years.
Two other office – bearers vice president M. K. Bhargava and Ashok Jagdale also dimitted their posts , as they crossed 70 years of age criteria recommended by the Lodha committee.
